Packaging Giclèe Fine Art Prints

The Giclèe Fine Art Prints are handled with love and care using gloves in order there are no marks on the print surface. Smaller works are placed in a strong cardboard envelope designed specially for keeping artwork flat instead of rolling. A card backing is placed inside to ensure there is no damage in transition.

Larger works are overlaid with between paper and tissue paper and rolled to ensure there are no scratches or folds, then placed in a robust cardboard tube and sealed on each end securely after placing bubble wrap on each end to stop the artwork moving inside.

 
 

Delivery Information

Once your bespoke Giclèe Fine Art Print has been produced, sealed and shipped efficiently within 24h - 48h from one of the Print Studios based in London or Germany, depending on the desired destination, you can expect to receive your package within 1 week for UK &Republic of Ireland and over 1 week for the Rest of the World.                                                              During busy times like Christmas holidays, strikes or unexpected delays, delivery can take longer than 2 weeks which sometimes happens.

Please have in mind in some countries there are still delays due to covid restrictions and protocol. 

You shall receive a confirmation email with tracking details of shipment once your order has been shipped from one of the studios.

Print Studios in London, UK or Dusseldorf, Germany are closed for business on weekends & bank holidays. Please note when ordered on a Friday, a weekend or bank holiday it will not be produced or sent out for shipment until the following week or next business working day.

UK & Republic of Ireland 

Giclèe Fine Art Prints for the UK & Republic of Ireland will be produced and shipped from the Print Studio in London, UK. Royal Mail Tracked 24H will be used for the shipping service, no more than 1 week for delivery(from when you hit the purchase button).There will be no import charges for UK or EU customers. For the rest of the World there may be taxes or charges.

Postage and Packaging - £7

EU & Rest of World

Giclèe Fine Art Prints for the EU & Rest of World will be produced and shipped from the Print Studio in Dusseldorf, Germany. Deutsche post signed service is used for the shipping service, expect over 1 week - (from when you hit the purchase button), depending on your location. For the Rest of the World there may be taxes or charges.

Refunds and Returns

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

If the order has not been fulfilled and posted out, Yes a refund can be issued for the full amount of the Limited Edition Giclèe art print plus postage.

Please bear in mind due to the Limited Edition Giclèe art prints being bespoke, as soon as the order is received in the studio they begin to produce and dispatch within 24h - 48h. However if the studio hasn’t begun the production already there could be a possibility to cancel the order. Please click on the following link - can we try to cancel my order please, as soon as possible.

However if you would like to exercise your customer rights you can do so under the distance selling regulation, not longer than 3 working days. There will be a refund for the Limited Edition Giclèe art print only, not the postage fee.

Please contact me with a reason to why you are cancelling or requesting a refund, exchange and add your order number and date of purchase etc before you send it back.

If you are sending back as there is a mistake in the printing etc then the address is on the outer package of the print, for this step please see below for more information.

Help, I clicked on the wrong Print, Can I exchange?

If there has been at mix up on your behalf, you have mistakenly clicked on the wrong Limited Edition Giclèe art print. I will issue a Goodwill gesture to honour the exchange up to 14 days. However the additional postage fees will have to paid by yourself via recorded delivery. (to be returned back and sent out again).

Again make sure you email with your name, order number and reasons etc, If you have noticed over night or over the weekend there is high chance I can get hold of the studio to request the print you wanted. I’m always happy to sort out any mis-haps.

My item did not arrive, it arrived damaged or I was sent the wrong Print.

You will be provided with a tracking number shortly after it has been dispatched from the studio’s, for you to check in where it is in the world. If your Print has still not arrived after 14 days, please get in touch and we can see what’s happened to the prints journey.

If and when you receive the damaged, faulty or wrong artwork - within 14 days, I will need proof so please take a picture and attach it to an email, along with your order number. We will start the journey of a refund or replacement, only after it has been returned to the studio to be inspected.

The return address for the studio will be on the outer package,

If an order has not been delivered due to an incomplete address at the customer's fault an additional charge will be required to fulfil the shipping. 

Please allow up to 1 week within the U.K and Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world over 1 week for late arrivals, use your tracking number to see where it is in the world or email me instead. During busier times for example over the christmas holidays expect a delay as delivery service experience high volume of parcels.

How long will it be to receive the refund in my account?

All refunds to be paid back into your bank account/ payment method will be up to 7 days after you have followed and fulfilled the following points:-

  • Emailed me with all details - name, order number, reason for returning.

  • If there is an extra charge for postage.

  • The print has arrived in pristine condition - can only refund if I can re-sell this. No finger marks, smudges or creases on the print.

  • Has all documentation inside with all original packaging.

  • Within the allowed timescale of 14 days from receipt of purchase.
